A Principal of The Scowcroft Group, Kevin Nealer provides strategic risk advisory services and direct investment support to clients, specializing in financial services and trade policy issues in emerging markets. A former career State Department officer and member of the U.S. Senate leadership staff, he served on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board (PIAB) and was a Member of Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) in the Obama Administration. A former Fulbright professor in the People’s Republic of China, he is chairman of the University of Michigan’s Washington Program and is a guest lecturer in trade law and policy at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
