Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale is Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Cummins Inc (NYSE: CMI), a Fortune 130 global power leader that designs, manufactures, distributes and services a broad portfolio of power solutions. In this capacity, Nicole oversees global functions that enable the company’s success, including product compliance and regulatory affairs, communications, marketing, government relations, corporate responsibility, facilities, security, global enterprise risk, ethics and compliance and the company’s global shared services organization. She also serves as Corporate Secretary advising the company’s board of directors and executive management on corporate governance and compliance with SEC reporting requirements and NYSE rules. Prior to her elevation to Chief Administrative Officer, Nicole served as the company’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Prior to joining Cummins, Nicole was a Managing Director at Kroll, a global financial, risk advisory and intelligence firm, the head of the firm’s Washington, DC office and a Fellow of the Kroll Institute, a think tank associated with the firm. Nicole served as Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration where, among other duties, she was the Department’s lead on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Nicole is an independent director on the boards of Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) and Kroll LLC.  She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and serves on the boards of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
