Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale is Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Cummins, Inc. (NYSE: CMI), a Fortune 150 global power leader that designs, manufactures, distributes and services a broad portfolio of power solutions. In this capacity, Nicole has global oversight and responsibility for the company’s legal matters, serves as an officer of the company reporting to the CEO, and is a member of the company’s global leadership team. Previously, Nicole was a Managing Director at Kroll, the head of the firm’s Washington, DC office and a Fellow of the Kroll Institute, a think tank associated with the firm. Nicole served as Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration where, among other duties, she was the Department’s lead on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Nicole is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and on the board of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).
