ALI members discussed a range of priorities in U.S. trade policy including digital trade, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and critical minerals. Officials expressed that more work needs to be done Latin America, including restarting the Brazil CEO Dialogue, and provided an update on the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) talks. In particular, Commerce officials highlighted the commitment by the U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC) on sustainable infrastructure to support the Clean Economy Pillar.
