Doug Levinson is Co-Founder and Principal of R. A. Levinson and Associates, a boutique strategic consulting firm. He is a foreign policy expert who specializes in the intersection of business, politics, and international affairs, with a track record of executing high-impact projects, building influential relationships, and providing strategic counsel. Doug has served in senior roles at the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Senate, where he advised on global economic policy, supply chain security, and U.S. economic statecraft. He spent five years on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, shaping policy on East Asia and strategic competition with China. Doug holds a Master’s degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University.
